Birkirkara, as expected made it to the Meridianbet FA Trophy Quarter Finals, beating Challenge League side Fgura United 3-0.
The Stripes went ahead afer just seven minutes from a Paul Mbong goal with newcomer Donovan Makoma making the score 2-0 ten minutes later.
With Birkikrara controlling the game, it was an Alex Satariano goal in the 52nd minute that sealed the win and the qualification for Stefano Angelis’ men.
