KLOPP ANGRY AT JOURNALISTS AGAIN: I can't believe you're asking me that, so we don't have other strikers!

Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp got annoyed by a journalist’s question after a new setback for the “reds”.

The Premier League didn’t start well for Jurgen Klopp’s team, after 2:2 with Fulham at the season opener, Liverpool drew 1:1 with another “smaller” team from London, Crystal Palace.

The “Reds” did well considering that they were losing 1:0 at Anfield from the 32nd minute, and from the 57th they played with one less player on the field.

Forward Darwin Nunez, who arrived in Liverpool this summer for 75 million euros, received a straight red card for headbutting an opposing player.

Before the match, a journalist from “Sky Sports” asked Klopp why he included the Uruguayan striker in the starting 11, and that annoyed the German coach.

– Because we don’t have another striker. I can’t believe you’re asking me that after studying the lineups. Darwin proved himself last week and that is why he is in the first team – said Klopp.

Wilfred Zaha gave Palace an unexpected lead in the 32nd minute with an assist from Eze, and in the 57th, Nunes lost his temper when opposing stopper Joachim Andersen got in his face and headbutted him.

– It was a provocation by their player, but also a well-deserved red card. Of course, that’s not the behavior it should be. I will leave him alone to sleep the night, and then I will talk to him – said Klopp.

In the next round, Liverpool will host their biggest rivals, Manchester United, on Monday, August 22.
