Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has been chosen as the best player in the Premier League for the 2022/23 season.
He shone for the English champions, scoring as many as 36 goals, breaking the previous record of 34 goals in one season held by Andy Cole and Alan Shearer.
The Norwegian was chosen as the best player by the captains of all clubs, a commission of football experts and fans.
In addition to Haaland, Kevin de Bruyne, Marcus Rashford, Harry Kane, Martin Odegaard, Bukayo Saka and Kieran Trippier were also nominated for the best player this season.
