Southampton found a new coach

Former Leeds football coach Jesse Marsch is one of the candidates for the new Southampton coach.

Southampton today sacked Nathan Jones after just three months due to poor results and are looking for a new manager.

Athletic reported that one of the candidates is American Jesse Marsch, who was fired from Leeds last Monday due to poor results.

The management of Southampton believes that Marsch could be a good candidate as he had a similar coaching path to the former coach of that club, Raffle Hasenhitel, after both worked in the system of Red Bull and cultivates a similar style of play, stated Athletic.

After 22 rounds in the Premier League, “The Saints” are last in the table with 15 points.
