Manchester City and Chelsea shared the points after a 1-1 draw at the Etihad Stadium, with the Blues scoring a late equaliser.
City took the lead just before half-time when Tijjani Reijnders found the net after a strong spell of pressure from the home side. Pep Guardiola’s team controlled much of the game and looked on course for all three points.
Chelsea improved in the second half and kept pushing until the end. Their effort was rewarded in stoppage time when Enzo Fernández scored in the 94th minute to snatch a dramatic equaliser and silence the home crowd.
The result dents Manchester City’s title push, while Chelsea will take confidence from earning a point away from home in the final moments.
