DZEKO AGAINST CITY: Probably my last Champions League final

Before the Champions League final and the match against Manchester City, Inter striker Edin Dzeko points out that this may be a unique opportunity in his career to win a trophy.

The thirty-seven-year-old striker has the opportunity to win the first Champions League trophy in the duel against his former club.

Inter eliminated city rival Milan in the semifinals, while Manchester City was better than Real Madrid.

“I’m already 37 years old and it’s my first and probably my last Champions League final, so I want to enjoy it,” Dzeko said.

The Neroazuri also reached the Coppa Italia trophy thanks to the victory over Fiorentina in the final.

“We had a great season in the Champions League, less good in Serie A, but we won the Super Cup and the Italian Cup, so we are happy. We know that we are playing against probably the best club in the world. “Siti is the favorite and the whole team must give more than 100 percent because it is not easy to beat them,” said Dzeko.

The forward from Bosnia and Herzegovina played for Roma, Manchester City and Wolfsburg before Inter.

The final match between Inter and Manchester City is scheduled for Saturday at 21:00 at the Ataturk Stadium in Istanbul.
