David Moyes, the coach of West Ham, said that the club cannot plan reinforcements until the transfer of Declan Rice to Arsenal is completed.

The West Ham players are in Australia, in Perth, preparing for the new season, while Rice stayed in London, where he will sign for the Arsenal team today.

“Until the transfer takes place, we cannot plan anything. Everyone knows what the situation is and we are waiting for something to happen.” said Moyes, who did not want to reveal potential replacements for Rice.

Also, Moyes pointed out that it is very difficult to find a replacement for a top player like Declan.

“We have some fantastic memories that won’t fade quickly, but we’ve turned to preparing for next season without him.” David said.
