Bellingham, the young midfield sensation who’s taken the football world by storm, is making headlines once again.
Reports have emerged that the 19-year-old is ready to stay put at Borussia Dortmund, rather than be tempted by a move that may not align with his career goals.
Bellingham’s star has been rising ever since he made the switch from Birmingham City to Dortmund in 2020, and he’s since become a pivotal player in the German club’s title charges. With an impressive 128 appearances to his name, as well as 24 caps for England, Bellingham’s skills have not gone unnoticed.
While he’s been the subject of intense transfer speculation, with the likes of Manchester United, Manchester City, Real Madrid, and Paris Saint-Germain all reportedly vying for his signature, it seems Bellingham is not easily swayed. According to talkSPORT, he’s willing to stay put at Dortmund, even if it means turning down offers from some of Europe’s biggest clubs.
Interestingly, Liverpool are said to have bowed out of the race for Bellingham, citing concerns about the transfer fee and potential Champions League qualification. But with other top clubs still in the running, it remains to be seen where Bellingham will end up next season.
