The race for the Regional Easter Cup semi-finals is heating up as San Ġwann Tiki Taka A, Qormi Anici Boys, Qormi Pinto, and Cospicua Rangers B have secured their spots in the next stage.
San Ġwann Tiki Taka A triumphed over Qormi Anici Stars with a commanding 21-13 victory, while Qormi Anici Boys secured their place with a solid 21-10 win against Birkirkara Boċċi. Meanwhile, Qormi Pinto dominated Qormi Anici Lions with an emphatic 21-7 scoreline, and Cospicua Rangers B sealed their spot by overcoming San Ġwann Tiki Taka B 21-11.
In the Community Easter Cup, seven teams progressed to the next round. Qormi Anici Calleja Ltd and Qormi San Bastjan Boċċi both claimed identical 21-12 victories over Mrieħel Billiard House and Attard Scorpions, respectively.
Elsewhere, PL Floriana emerged victorious against Gżira Titans with a 21-14 win, while Żebbuġ St Joseph proved stronger than San Ġwann Tiki Taka D, securing a 21-15 victory.
Three more teams also earned their place in the next phase:
- Qormi Anici Cappadocia defeated Valletta Fossa Boys 21-13
- Selmun Sports Club B dominated Selmun Sports Club C 21-7
- San Ġwann Tiki Taka C edged past Siġġiewi Montekristo in a close 21-18 match
