Real Madrid and Monaco basketball players Gabriel Deck and Chima Moneke shared the award for the most useful players of the 28th round of the Euroleague.
The two had an index of 26 each and therefore shared this week’s MVP award.
The Argentinian basketball player led Real to victory over Valencia in Madrid with a score of 95 – 91.
Deck scored 10 of his 18 points in the last period when the match was breaking, and added seven rebounds and two assists to his performance.
Six times in 118 games, he had a higher utility index than in the match with Valencia, but this is his first MVP award. And for Moneke, this is the first time that he is the best player of the round in only the eighth game in the Euroleague. He broke the club record with 13 rebounds in the victory over Baskonia (93:102), to which he also contributed with 14 points.
