JOKIC HAD FUN ON ALL STAR: I performed the ball the best from the side, Monty Williams surprised me

The All-Star weekend is over, in which the LeBron James team celebrated 163: 160, and for which the most important player of the Denver Nuggets, Nikola Jokic, also performed. The Serbian basketball player had fun and did not care much for the result, but he managed to score 10 points, nine rebounds and eight assists in that party as well.

– That’s it for me. I didn’t know what to do, I was just having fun. I’m glad I shared the field with these guys. Ten fantastic players on the floor. I performed the best ball from the side in the world and we won the game – said Jokić.

He didn’t mind that he saw the end of the game off the bench.

– I didn’t care if I was on the bench, man. I’m just glad we won the game. That is the most important thing. I shouted from the bench, a little nervous, but we managed to celebrate in the end – the Serbian basketball player explained.

The coach of the winning team, the head of the Phoenix team, Monty Williams, left a strong impression on Sombor.

– If I had to single out one thing from All-Star, it’s Monty Williams. He surprised me in the most positive way. As a person, a coach, a man, a human being. How calm he is. You feel like you can talk to him about anything. We spoke briefly and he gave us a speech. He did not shout, he was completely calm and everyone listened to him carefully – concluded Jokic.

Nikola Jokic made his fourth appearance at the All-Star Game, and Stef Curry took the MVP award with 50 points.
