Memphis grizzly basketball player Ja Morant has been named the most advanced player in the NBA this season.
In the race for the MIP award, Morant found himself in front of the basketball players of San Antonio Dejounte Murray and Darius Garland from Cleveland.
The list of the most advanced players includes Jordan Poole, who is recording excellent numbers this season at Golden State, as well as another Memphis player, Desmond Bane.
The Grizzlies Play averaged 27.4 points, 6.7 assists and 5.6 rebounds in 57 games this season and was the leader of the team that finished second in the Western Conference standings in the regular season.
