The match between Valencia and Maccabi was rated as a high-risk match: 700 policemen in "Fonteta"

Valencia welcomes Maccabi from Tel Aviv in the third round of the Euroleague, and the aforementioned match is considered a high-risk match due to the conflict between Israel and Palestine.

In order to avoid a potential incident or terrorist attack, as many as 700 policemen will be in “Fonteta” and will be in charge of peace inside and outside the hall, reports “Israel Hayom”.

“It is clear that it is a high-risk match because of everything that is happening in Israel. Our wish is for sport to be in the foreground and to bring some joy in these difficult times”, said the coach of Valencia.
