Baskonia coach Dusko Ivanovic spoke to the press before the match in the 8th round of the Euroleague against Barcelona.
The Montenegrin coach had only words of praise for the team from Catalonia and pointed out that Roger Grimau’s team plays very attractive basketball.
“It will be a difficult match, we have to look at how to improve both attack and defense, so we will worry about the rival later. They play easy and fun. Everyone found a place for themselves. The coach gave the players a lot of freedom and that’s why they are extremely dangerous.” said Ivanovic.
He also referred to the status of Nick Mannion and Khalifa Diop, who are slowly recovering from injuries.
“They are getting better every day. Even if they are available, they will hardly help us because they are untrained. If they are ready, they will play and help us.” Ivanovic concluded.
