The Denver Nuggets basketball player, Nikola Jokić, is the highest ranked of all Serbian players on the list of the best non-US players.
In line with the 75th anniversary of the creation of the strongest basketball league in the world, we see numerous tables of the best ever in various categories almost every day.
Now it’s the turn of the specialized wrestler “Hoops Hype”, which has compiled a list of the 75 best basketball players who are not from the USA, regardless of whether they have ever played in the NBA league.
The first place is taken by the legendary center of the Houston Rockets, Hakeem Olajuwon. He did play for the United States, but he was born in Nigeria.
The top 5 is filled by: Dirk Nowitzki, Janis Adetokumbo, Steve Nash and Paul Gasol.
Nikola Jokić leads the Serbian basketball players, of which there are five in total on the mentioned list.
Nikola Jokić is in the high eighth position, Pedja Stojaković is 16, Vlade Divac is 20, Dejan Bodiroga is 50, and Predrag Danilović is 67.
Of the players from the region, there are four Croats. Drazen Petrovic is 14, Toni Kukoc 22, Dino Radja 37, and the only active player is Bojan Bogdanovic, who is in 61st place.
From Slovenia, Luka Dončić and Goran Dragić are in 11th and 29th place, respectively, while the only representative from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Jusuf Nurkić, took the 74th position.
