Partizan coach Zeljko Obradovic presented his first impressions after the triumph in Madrid against Real in the first match of the Top 8 phase of the Euroleague.
The black and white team defeated Real with a three-pointer by Kevin Punter in the last second of the match, 87:89.
“Luck was on our side. We entrusted him with that last attack and that was it. Kevin has an excellent shot and we use his quality in those situations. It was a very difficult match, but now we are leading with 1:0,’ said Obradovic.
He also revealed what he first said to the players in the dressing room after the great victory.
“We mustn’t relax, that’s the worst thing we can do now and that’s the first thing I said to my players in the dressing room.”
