MURRAY: Sometimes when I watch the matches of the big three, I really think, is it possible that I managed to beat them?

Andy Murray points out that from the current perspective he cannot believe that he was beating the “big three”.

The best tennis player in the world, Novak Djokovic, won Roland Garros and thus became the record holder for the number of Grand Slam titles.

“I am happy for Djokovic, after everything he achieved, he deserved it. A truly incredible achievement”, said Mari.

After all the successes, Murray pointed out that this also makes his achievements more significant.

“Sometimes when I watch the matches of the big three, I really think, is it possible that I managed to beat them in the biggest tournaments. In 30 years, people who maybe don’t follow tennis that much will look back and say to me, you only won three Grand Slams. But each of their successes makes what I did even greater. “I didn’t win all the matches against them, but I had my share,” Andy Murray concluded.
