John Lloyd, the former best British tennis player, points out that he has a lot of respect for Novak Djokovic, unlike Federer and Nadal.
He believes that Novak has always been honest when it comes to records, while Rafa and Federer wisely remain silent.
“One of the things I like about Novak is that he always said that he was chasing records and that it means a lot to him. As much as I love Rafa and Roger, they always said they weren’t interested, blah, blah, blah. I don’t believe them for a second. I’m sorry, but I don’t trust them,” said Lloyd.
John says that every tensier’s dream is to set as many records as possible.
“Only Novak tells the truth. Every player wants records. That’s what they live for,” added John Lloyd.
