ANDY MURRAY DOES NOT HIDE DISAPPOINTMENT: It was awful, nothing was good

British tennis player Andy Murray could not hide how disappointed he was that he was defeated immediately in the first round of the Masters tournament in Monte Carlo.

“It was awful. Nothing was good. I don’t know what happened. I didn’t play great in Miami either. And this was even worse than that,” Murray began and added:

“I didn’t do anything right. I didn’t serve well, returns, forehand, backhand, and shot selection. It was probably one of the worst matches of his career. I had a match like that last year in Doha against Bautista Agut, who was a champ. I might have had one or two more like that in my career.”

After the defeat, Murray points out that he does not know if he will continue to play the clay season.

“I felt optimistic when I came. I moved well in training. But this was quite demoralizing. It was really hard,” Andy concluded.
