Czech tennis player Jiri Lehecka created a sensation at the tournament in Doha and knocked out the fifth player on the planet, Andrey Rublev, after three sets, 4:6, 6:4, 6:3.
He won after an hour and 42 minutes of play.
In the first set, Rublev made a break immediately, then preserved his advantage and led 1:0 in the sets.
However, in the next two sets, the total shock! Lehecka played brilliantly, hitting great shots that Rublev couldn’t handle.
Jiri made a great turnover and fully deservedly celebrated the passage.
In the next duel, he will play against Andy Murray.
