Berrettini entered the history of tennis! Italian better than Busta

Today, the Italian tennis player Matteo Berrettini set a new record and made a new history in “white sport” with a victory over the Spaniard Pablo Carreno Busta, with a score of 3: 0 (7: 5, 7: 6 (7:4), 6:4)).

Matteo has now become the first tennis player in the Apennines to manage to be in the top eight at all four Grand Slams. Berrettini has scheduled a match with Gael Monfils from France.

The Italian spent two and a half hours on the field. As much as he needed to beat Pablo, he was most helped by the service that decisively served him when he needed it the most.

Gael Monfils previously defeated Serbian tennis player Miomir Kecmanovic, leaving Serbia without a representative at the first Grand Slam.
