Women’s futsal in Malta is back with another exciting season as the Enemed Women’s Futsal League 2025/26 gets underway. Now in its third official edition, the league will feature six teams: Luxol Futsal Argus, Parr Mela Rockets, St Andrews, St Georges, Swieqi United FC LECO7, and Zero Sei.
The competition continues to be supported by main sponsor Enemed and will include the same three tournaments as last year, the League, the Trophy, and the Super Cup. Matches will be played weekly on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, hosted at the Mediterranean College of Sports and De La Salle.
For fans who can’t attend in person, matches will once again be streamed live on Malta Futsal’s official YouTube channel. However, fans are encouraged to head to the venues and enjoy the exciting atmosphere that women’s futsal has to offer.

Last season saw some memorable moments. Lija, now renamed Luxol, won the league title, Swieqi United lifted the Super Cup, and Zero Sei took home the Trophy. There are also a few changes this season: Iklin have rebranded as St Andrews, and Santa Margherita are now St Georges.
Women’s futsal continues to grow in Malta and is becoming a regular highlight of the national sporting calendar. The 2025/26 season is shaping up to be one of the most competitive yet, with all teams ready to make their mark and create new memories for supporters.
