Żabbar St Patrick claimed their fourth victory in the closing round of the 360Sports Malta Premier League with a dominant 3-0 win over Gżira United.
The match got off to a stunning start, as just 21 seconds in, Kristian Keqi put Żabbar ahead. He received a well-placed pass and wasted no time, firing a powerful shot into the corner of the net past Giulio Mangano.
Żabbar doubled their lead in the 72nd minute when substitute David Oliveira Souza struck from close range, leaving Mangano with no chance.
The victory was sealed in the 86th minute when Joao Pedro hit a low shot. Mangano managed to get a hand to it, but the ball slipped past him, confirming Żabbar’s well-earned win.
With this victory, the Saints climbed to 7th place, level on 14 points with Ħamrun.
