Floriana have made an important signing in the January transfer window by agreeing to bring in Congolese froward Elvis Mashike.
Mashike is already familiar to Maltese football fans after a successful time at Hamrun Spartans during the 2022/23 season, where he helped the team win the league and finished as the second-best goal scorer with 18 goals, just two behind former Gzira forward Jefferson de Assis.
Mashike now joins another former Hamrun striker, Franklin Sasere, who moved to Floriana in the summer and has scored 11 goals in 17 matches so far this season.
