Giampaolo takes over at Lecce after is Gotti sacked

Relegation-threatened Lecce said Monday that former Sampdoria and AC Milan boss Marco Giampaolo is their new coach. Giampaolo replaces Luca Gotti, who was sacked after Friday’s 1-1 draw with mid-table Empoli. The Puglia side are third-from-bottom in Serie A with nine points from 12 games.
