Real Madrid is reportedly in search of a replacement for the iconic Karim Benzema who is set to enter the final year of his contract.
Florentino Perez, the president of the club, seems to have found a suitable replacement in the form of Eintracht Frankfurt striker Randal Kolo Muani.
The Frenchman has attracted the attention of several European giants, including Chelsea, Manchester United, and Bayern Munich, thanks to his impressive performance in the Bundesliga this season. However, his current club has set a price of 100,000,000 euros for their attacker, and Real Madrid is ready to offer 80,000,000 euros, which could lead to lengthy negotiations.
Apart from Kolo Muani, Napoli’s Viktor Osimene is also in contention as Benzema’s replacement. The striker is estimated at 100,000,000 euros, and if Real Madrid fails to sign Kolo Muani, Osimene could be a suitable alternative.
Benzema’s departure will mark the end of an era at Real Madrid, as he has been one of the most iconic players for the club and instrumental in their success in the Champions League last season. While his exit is inevitable, Real Madrid will have to be strategic in securing a replacement if they are to continue their winning ways in the future.
