French footballer Paul Pogba was injured again, but fortunately he did not suffer a serious injury in the match against Empoli, Juventus announced.
“The examinations carried out by Pogba have ruled out any muscle damage. They showed a slight overload of the muscles of the right thigh,” Juventus said in a statement.
Juventus added that the experienced Frenchman, who was not called up to the national team for the matches against Ireland and Germany, will continue to recover “to then return to training”.
In yesterday’s match against Empoli, which Juventus won 2:0, Pogba entered the game in the 62nd minute, and ended the match holding his right thigh.
