Perfide Albion dreams of Pep Guardiola!

Even the last non-believers ran out of arguments against the genius of Pep Guardiola when he conquered the Old Continent again. Last season, the Spanish expert led Manchester City to the Premier League title, the FA Cup, and then completed the treble with the coveted trophy.

The truth is that, although he continued his odyssey with Manchester City, Pep has nothing more to prove, at least when it comes to club football. That is why the question arises, whether and when he will sail into the waters of the selectors.

If he decides to do so, the leaders of the English Football Association (FA) will be first in line, in the hope that he will take over the helm of the Proud Albion from Gareth Southgate.

Namely, as the Daily Mail reports, the FA plans for to Pep ake over the England team from Gareth Southgate after the continental championship in Germany.

However, the final word will be given by Guardiola and the leaders of Manchester City. British media report that Guardiola has not yet declared whether he wants to take over the England national team.

The FA has reportedly prepared a fantastic contract for Guardiola, as they see him as a “dream manager”. The Spanish expert has a contract with Manchester City until June 2025.

Guardiola took over Manchester City in 2016, and before that he coached Bayern and Barcelona.
