Paris Saint-Germain footballer Neymar suffered a serious injury that will cause him to miss the rest of the season, and he sent an encouraging message to his fans on his Instagram profile.
Neymar was injured in Paris Saint-Germain’s win over Lille at the end of last month.
“I will come back even stronger,” the 31-year-old Brazilian wrote on his official Instagram account.
Paris Saint-Germain announced on Monday afternoon that the player will undergo surgery on the injured joint and that his recovery will take between three and four months.
