When the leaders of the team from “St. James Park” considered the option of a new coach, the votes were divided between Emery and Howe. and after a failed agreement with the Spaniard, it was logical that the “Magpies” would start hiring the former Bournemouth coach.
At the end of last year, Howe spent 11 years on the bench of the current leader of the Championship, on two occasions from 2008 to 2011, and from 2012 to 2020, and in the meantime he spent a year in Barnillo (2011/12).
