In view of the elective General Assembly scheduled to be held on the 15th March 2024, it is hereby being notified that the Electoral Commission convened today the 27th February 2024 to assess the nominations received for the posts of Officers of the Association, as provided in Article 8 of the Regulations of the Electoral Commission.
The deadline for the submission of nominations was Sunday 25th February 2024.
The candidates nominated to fill the post of President of the Association for the years 2024- 2028 are the following:
- MICALLEF Robert
- VASSALLO Bjorn
The candidates nominated to fill the post of Vice-President of the Association for the years 2024-2028 to be filled by a female candidate are the following:
- AZZOPARDI Maria
- CHETCUTI Christabelle
- FARRUGIA Dana
The candidates nominated to fill the remaining two (2) posts of Vice-President of the Association for the years 2024-2028 are the following:
- AZZOPARDI Samuel
- CASHA Adrian
- FENECH Peter
- MICELI Pierre
- PARIS Matthew
The female candidates who are not elected for the post of Vice-President to be filled by a female candidate, will be included in the ballot with the above-mentioned candidates for the remaining two posts of Vice-President.
