Ashley Young, after the end of his contract with Aston Villa, entered into negotiations with Everton.
The former England international and former Manchester United and Aston Villa defender is already planning a move to Goodison Park.
The 38-year-old will sign a one-year deal. Although he had other offers from the Premier League, he decided on Everton. Young started his career in Watford and made his first senior appearance in 2003, and the only club he played for that was not from the Premier League was Inter, in the 2019/20 season.
