Juventus football coach Massimiliano Allegri believes that it is ungrateful to talk about the fight for trophies in the current state of the club from Turin.
“We only played 11 games in Serie A, so it’s useless to talk about the Scudetto and the Europa League. We have important four games in the league and one in the Champions League. Napoli, Milan, Inter, Roma, Lazio are doing phenomenal things and it’s up to us to get as close as possible,” Allegri said.
Before the match with Lecce, Italian journalists reminded the Juventus coach that as the coach of Cagliari, he experienced a defeat on the road against this opponent and was close to being fired.
In the end, he still survived, and many believe that even now his bench is shaking.
“That was my first season, now it’s a different situation. The season is long and we can still come back”, concluded Allegri.
