Cospicua Rangers achieved a great victory of 11-2 against San Gwann Nick’s A to maintain the first place in the National Blackball League standings. The Cospicua boys were in a class of their own and gave little chance to the Citizens to play their typical game. Valletta Breakwater reached San Ġwann Nick’s A in second place after beating Qormi Anici A 11-8. Hamrun 147 A did not find it easy at all to beat Jojo’s Birżebbuġa 10-9 while their second team Hamrun 147 B also got the three points after an 11-7 victory against Qormi Anici B. In the Regional League, Hamrun 147 C have achieved maximum points after four games after beating Selmun Bar A 11-3.
Domus Kids Żejtun A are following in the second place after an 11-7 success against Kazin Pinto Qormi A. On the other hand, PL Balzan A got three important points after defeating Hamrun 147 D 11-9. In group A of the Community League, Birkirkara Boċċi won the direct challenge against Qormi Anici D 11-5. This victory helped the Birkirkara side reach the same Qormi in the first place of the table.
Mrieħel Billiard House and Juve Birkirkara B achieved valuable victories against San Ġwann Nick’s B (11-7) and Selmun Bar C (11-3) respectively. In group B of the Community League, San Ġwann Tiki Taka are dominating after four consecutive victories. During this week they beat Selmun Bar B 11-5 and opened up a five-point lead over Qormi Anici E and Juve Birkirkara A. Qormi Anici E won the derby against Tac-Caccu 11-8 while Juve Birkirkara A dominated the match against Qormi Anici C 11-2. Valletta Fossa Boys B got their second win of the season after beating Domus Kids Żejtun B 11-5.
