JAYSON TATUM FOR HISTORY: All-Star Game MVP breaks Davis' record

Boston Celtics basketball player Jayson Tatum, as a member of Giannis Antetokounmpo’s team, won the All-Star Game Most Valuable Player award.

This year’s NBA All-Star Weekend was held in Salt Lake City, Utah, from February 17th to 19th. Giannis Antetokounmpo’s team was quite convincing and defeated LeBron James’ team with a score of 184:175.

Jayson finished the match with 55 points and 10 rebounds, so he deservedly received the ‘Kobe Bryant’ award, which is given to the MVP of the All-Star match.

Tatum’s 55 points were enough to break the record of Anthony Davis, who was the leading scorer of the All-Star game with 52 points.

Also, with last night’s brilliant game, Tatum became the first player in the history of basketball to score 50 or more points in a match of the regular part of the NBA season, in the playoffs and in the All-Star game.
