Gobert was fined for fighting with a teammate at an NBA game

French basketball player Rudy Gobert punched his teammate Kyle Anderson during a time-out against Oklahoma, and it is known how much he was punished for that incident.

The Minnesota center was suspended for one game and will miss the playoff game with the Los Angeles Lakers. If the Timberwolves beat “Lakers” and advance to the playoffs, it is expected that Gobert will be available to his team.

This is what a well-informed American journalist, Adrian Wojnarovski, reported, referring to “ESPN”.

After the incident, both actors spoke.

“Emotions overcame me today. I shouldn’t have reacted that way regardless of what was said. “I want to apologize to the fans, the organization and especially Kyle, who is someone I truly love and value as a teammate,” Gobert said.

The attacked teammate did not take the Frenchman’s move as a bad thing.

“The temper is burning, you are in the middle of a game, a game that we all want to win, huge, that’s right. Shit happens. It’s not the first time something like that has happened. We will continue on. We want to win. What happened happened. It will stay in the house. It’s not the first time someone has taken a swing at me. We will talk about it and continue. We are grown people,” Anderson said.
