The Dallas Mavericks celebrated last night against the Los Angeles Clippers with 112:105, in the unreal game of Luka Doncic who set a career record.
The Slovenian scored 51 points, added 9 rebounds and 6 assists.
A special charm to his record is the fact that he already had 28 points in the first quarter, of which 7 three-pointers.
The Mavericks replaced Kristaps Porzingis in the Washington Wizards last night, and it is obvious that Luka liked the trade.
“We did something good here in Dallas, but obviously things didn’t go well,” Doncic said.
The Clippers tried to put the Croatian center Ivica Zubac in front of him, but Luka also hit three three-pointers through him, and he also had two entries that he made through the Croats.
Dorian Feeney-Smith with 12 points and Reggie Bullock and Jalen Brunson with 11 points each had a double-digit performance in Dallas.
The Clippers were led by “bad guy of the NBA League” Marcus Morris with 21 points, Nick Powell made his debut with 19 points and Reggie Jackson gave 18.
