Chelsea coach Graham Potter has spoken about Morocco international Hakim Ziyech after his failed transfer to Paris Saint-Germain.
He said that Ziyech has returned to the training sessions of the London club, according to the British media.
Chelsea sent the wrong documentation to Paris and thus the transfer could not be made official. Since the time for the transfer window soon expired, the Moroccan footballer did not transfer to PSG, despite having undergone medical examinations in France.
“I know that Hakim is a real professional and that he understood the situation in which he was in.” The job fell through, and he returned to training and working with the team, as was the case a few days ago,” said Potter and added:
“He will be a very important player for us in the rest of the season. I do not doubt it.”
Ziyech arrived at Chelsea in 2020 from Ajax. Before that, he played for Twente and Heerenveen. This season, he played 15 matches for “The Blues” in all competitions.
