Milan is still in negotiations regarding the extension of the contract with the team’s best player, Rafael Leao, and the legend of that club, Ricardo Kaka, had advice for the Portuguese.
Leao has emphasized on several occasions that his priority is to stay in Milan even though his current contract expires in 2024.
The legendary Kaka revealed what he thinks about the winger who led the Rossoneri to the championship title last season.
– He is a fantastic player, I like him a lot. If he sees Italian football only as a stopover in his career, then he should go. Because now is the right moment. I still think he should stay, because I don’t see Italian football as a stopover, and leaving Milan is usually not a good idea – said Kaka.
The Brazilian spent six years in Milan, during which he won one Serie A and one Champions League, and was also the winner of the Ballon d’Or, before moving to Real Madrid in 2009.
