PSG coach Mauricio Pochettino, after his team defeated Lorient (5:1), was not enough to not get whistles from the stands.
PSG fans loudly booed their club’s coach on Sunday, although they are well on their way to becoming champions of France.
What especially causes revolt among the fans is the relegation from the Champions League and the increasingly frequent connection of Pochettino with Manchester United.
On that occasion, Pochettino announced:
“From now on, I will not talk about my future at the club. I have a contract for another year and before making any decision, we have to analyze the situation,” Pochettino said.
He then referred to the relegation from the Champions League:
“We have reached the semifinals and finals so far, it is all part of a process that takes time. You also have teams like Juventus and Manchester City that also want to win the Champions League, but they can’t get to what they are working for,” said the PSG coach.
