In the upcoming round, Fritz is set to face the world’s number one tennis player, Novak Djokovic. The two players have crossed paths eight times previously, with Djokovic emerging victorious in each encounter.
With his triumph over Tsitsipas, Fritz notched his first-ever victory against a Top 10 player in Grand Slam competitions.
