Lawyers for the best tennis player on the planet, Novak Djokovic, point out that Minister Hawk has so far not shown any evidence that could cost Novak deportation.
Novak’s lawyers filed an official complaint with the Federal Court yesterday, stating that the abolition of the visa by the Minister of Immigration, Alex Hawke, is legally completely invalid. However, the Federal Court today accepted the mistake of annulling Novak’s visa, explaining that the presence of the Serbian ace in Australia could cause an increase in people against vaccination.
