Medvedev is ready for the end of the season!

Daniil Medvedev announced that he is ready for the tournament in Vienna.

The Russian was out of action for a couple of weeks due to an injury in the semifinals of Astana, when he lost the match to Novak Djokovic.

” It was a stretch, I don’t want to say it was a little stretch. I would say the level of injury was moderate. I must especially thank my physiotherapist, who did an excellent job so that I could train at the highest level on Saturday. Right before I came here, which helped me make the decision to play, which I wasn’t 100 percent sure of. I trained, I ran, I moved and I didn’t feel any problem. I feel 100 percent ready,” said Medvedev.

Daniil is on the verge of qualifying for the Final Masters.

“I feel it, but at the same time there are many guys who are close, especially Felix and Andrei. I’d better qualify now. I want to play well in the next two tournaments before the ATP finals,” concluded the Russian.
