Former number one Andy Roddick spoke out after Novak Djokovic won two tournaments in a row following his triumph at Wimbledon.
At the tournament in Astana, Djokovic routinely defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas 2:0, the Greek who is currently ranked sixth in the world, while Nole is the seventh player on the planet.
-” I am happy that Novak achieved such a result. It does no one any good that he is ranked seventh in the world when his level of play has not changed. He should get points from Wimbledon,” said Roddick.
After winning the title in Israel and Kazakhstan, Djokovic reached the 90th trophy in his career and thus secured a place at the ATP finals in Turin from November 13 to 20.
