The world’s number one tennis player, Carlos Alcaraz, will defend his title at the tournament in Barcelona next year, the organizers announced.
“Alcaras is the first player to confirm his participation in the next edition of the tournament,” the announcement states.
The Spanish player won his first title in Barcelona last year, after defeating compatriot Pablo Carreno Busta in the final.
