Strong Accusations Leveled at Makhachev: He's a Cheat!

Islam Makhachev emerged victorious in the highly anticipated UFC showdown against Alexander Volkanovsky, successfully defending his lightweight championship belt. However, post-match revelations have cast a shadow on his triumph.

Allegations have surfaced that Jon Jones, widely regarded as one of the best pound-for-pound fighters on the planet, is also accused of being a fraud.

The claims come from New Zealand UFC fighter, Dan Hooker, who asserts that Makhachev was given an infusion prior to the match, which is strictly prohibited by the organization.

Makhachev, a Dagestani, had to significantly reduce his weight in preparation for the fight with Volkanovski, and he appeared visibly weak during the weigh-in. Yet he summoned the strength to go the distance and take the match to a fifth round.

Thinks he can fly to Australia hire a nurse to give him an IV and we won’t find out.” exclaimed Hooker, who didn’t stop there and also took a swipe at the anti-doping agency.

“The US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) is simply not doing enough! Islam is a fraud; if he had fought fairly, he wouldn’t have won,” added “Hangman” Hooker.
