In the last round of the main phase of the European Championship, Germany defeated Russia with 30:29.
At half time, Germans controlled the events on the floor for most of the first half, and had a surplus of four goals.
However, the Russians did not give up. Little by little, they melted the advantage of the “armor”, and in the last ten minutes, they entered with a minimal advantage.
The last few minutes of the game were goal-by-goal, and it seemed that the Russians were much easier to resolve situations in the opponent’s half.
The match, however, went to Germany, which won and finished fourth in group 2.
