Marco Bezzecchi dominated the Valencia Grand Prix from start to finish on Sunday, rounding off the MotoGP season with another superb win and giving Aprilia back-to-back victories for the first time in their history.
After his commanding win at the Portuguese Grand Prix last weekend, the Italian produced the same level of control in Valencia. He even celebrated in his usual playful style, dropping to one knee and “proposing” to his bike after crossing the line.
Raul Fernandez made it an Aprilia one-two by finishing second for Trackhouse, while Fabio Di Giannantonio of VR46 Racing snatched third place from KTM’s Pedro Acosta right at the end, ensuring Ducati still had a rider on the podium.
This race marked MotoGP’s return to the Circuit Ricardo Tormo for the first time since 2023, after last year’s finale had to be moved because of severe floods in the region that claimed more than 200 lives.
