After the story that appeared today on the front page of the local newspaper, “The Times”, the President together with the Executive Committee of the Maltese Cycling Federation, publicly declare that the Maltese Cycling Federation has never been involved in some kind of agreement which is being alleged to have been made in the same report between the Maltese Tourism Authority and the ex-Italian cyclist Valerio Agnoli.
