Mosta and Zabbar St Patrick obtained fine wins in their respective matches in the Fuel 10K Under 16 Futsal League.
From section A, Mosta beat Marsaskala 5-1. Despite the fact that the Blues found themselves a goal down, they reacted until they got the victory.
Nick Caruana put Marsaskala in the lead so that before the end of the first half, Kelden Pace and Zion Bickle Micallef made the score 2-1 for Mosta.
In the second half, the Blues were very good and scored three more goals through Luca Chetcuti, Dayle Cachia and an own goal by Kerstin Bugeja.
From section B, Zabbar St Patrick beat Lija Iklin 3-1.
The Yellow/Blacks were always on top and managed the game from start to finish.
Dejan Sant, Glenn Gravino and an own goal by Julian Grech were the authors of Żabbar’s goals with Lija Iklin scored by Melvin Perry.
